INTRO TO POLE – 1. PRE-REQ – NONE
2. Learn Basic Climb and Spin Technique
3. Condition the Body for Advancement

BEGINNER POLE – 1. PRE-REQ – INTRO TO POLE
2. Expand your Knowledge of Spins / Climbs / Spin Combinations
3.Challenge yourself with Static Tricks
4. Prepare / Learn Proper Technique for Inversions

INTERMEDIATE POLE – 1. PRE-REQ – INVERSIONS
2. Execute Challenging Spins / Inverted Tricks
3. Incorporate Aerial Inversions into your Combos / Flows
4. Develop Understanding of Creating Your Own Flows

ADVANCED POLE – 1. PRE-REQ – INTERMEDIATE / TEACHER APPROVAL
2. Incorporate Flexibility into Combos
3. Expand / Explore Advanced Combos and Sequences
